青春期生殖健康不同教育方式的效果分析

             

摘要

Objective This study aimed to analyze the effects of different methods for reproductive health education for adolescents and compare students'mastery of reproductive health knowledge and attitudes towards reproductive health after education using different methods.Methods Subjects were recruited from different grades of the same middle school and stratified random sampling was performed.Four hundred students were ran-domly divided into two groups,namely,control group(n=200)and observation group(n =200).Students in the control group received conventional reproductive health education for adolescents,and those in the observation group received special reproductive health education for adolescents.Students'mastery of knowledge and attitudes towards reproductive health was compared between the two groups.Results Students from the observation group had a better mastery of basic reproductive health knowledge,including female secondary sex characteristics,male secondary sex characteristics and age range of adolescence.Furthermore,a much greater number of students an-swered the questions on reproductive health knowledge accurately,and intergroup comparison indicated significant difference(P <0.05).The number and percentage of students who held a positive attitude towards reproductive health increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the number and percent-age of students from the observation group who properly coped with different real-time situations related to repro-ductive health also increased significantly compared with the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Special re-productive health education can enhance students'mastery of reproductive health knowledge and foster an accurate attitude towards reproductive health knowledge.This is important for ensuring the healthy growth of adolescents and therefore it is worthy of popularization.%目的 探究不同方式的青春期生殖健康教育的结果,对比不同方式生殖健康教育学生的生殖知识掌握情况和态度.方法 本次研究的对象均为同一中学不同年级的学生,采用随机分层的调查方法,选择400名学生来进行研究,随机分成2组,对照组和观察组,每组均为200名学生,其中对照组采用传统的青春期生殖健康教育方式,观察组采用专业的青春期生殖健康教育方式,比较2组学生的生殖健康教育知识掌握情况以及态度.结果 观察组学生对女性第二特征、男性第二特征、青春期年龄段等生殖卫生基本知识的掌握程度要比对照组的学生更好,相关问题回答正确的人数和正确率大大提升,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组学生对生殖健康卫生问题的态度正向态度的人数和百分率明显比对照组学生的正向态度人数和百分率高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组学生正确应对各种生活情境知识的百分比明显比对照组的高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论 采用专业的青春期生殖健康教育能够有效增强学生对生殖健康知识的掌握程度,树立学生正确的态度,从而促进青春期学生的健康成长,值得学校推广和应用.
