论人本管理理念在图书馆管理中的应用

摘要

人本管理即＂以人为本＂的图书馆管理理念。它包含两方面内容即作为服务主体的图书馆员和作为服务客体的读者。确立以人为本的管理模式、实行以人为本的管理与服务,是营造和谐的人文环境、创建和谐图书馆、提升图书馆管理水平、促进图书馆事业健康发展的必要手段。%Humanistic management is the＂human-oriented＂ management concept of library.It contains two aspects namely the librarians as the main service body and the readers as the service object.To establish the humanistic management mode and implement people-oriented management and service is a necessary way to build a harmonious cultural environment,create a harmonious library,promote the library management level and improve the healthy development of the library cause.
