新时期图书馆服务功能探讨

In the time of knowledge economy,user＇s information demand presents the characteristic of diversity,uniqueness and personalization.The service object and content change greatly.To express the society benefit of public library,we must enhance the consciousness of initiative service,convert its service function.Designing personalized service according to user＇s interests and subject background is effective way of promoting service quality of the library and objective demand for knowledge transmission,innovation and application.%知识经济时代,用户的信息需求呈现多样性、独特性和个性化特点,图书馆服务对象和内容发生显著变化。要发挥公共图书馆的社会效益,就必须增强主动服务意识、转变图书馆的服务功能。针对用户的兴趣、学科背景来设计个性化服务,是提高图书馆服务质量的有效途径,是知识传播、创新与应用的客观需要。
