我国高校图书馆招聘信息分析

摘要

通过对高校图书馆招聘信息的分析,指出我国高校图书馆招聘信息存在的一些问题,并对这些问题可能产生的影响进行了探讨,以期为完善我国高校图书馆的招聘工作、提升图书馆职业形象提供参考。%Though analyzing some university libraries recruitment information,the article points out some problems of those recruitment information and discusses possible influences of the problems.The author hopes that the article might be helpful to promote the recruitment of university libraries and improve the image of library career.
