高校电子期刊开发与利用调查分析

摘要

本文通过对国内外两所高校的调研进行比较研究，重点研究高校电子期刊开发与利用的现状，并分析了影响利用率的障碍因素及当前高校开发利用电子期刊存在的问题，探析了高校如何对电子期刊进行有效的开发和利用。%The author puts focus on the survey into the present situation of e -journals in colleges, and represents a comparative study which seeks the impact factors of utilization obstacles, analyses the problems existed, then puts forward methods and measures of the exploitation and utilization of e -journals.
