调度倒闸操作流程及标准操作程序的应用

摘要

山西省电力公司调控中心调控处依照业务流程设计要求进行开发调度倒闸操作流程及标准操作程序模块并率先投入应用，该流程实现了节点内外条件互相闭锁，根据闭锁结果提出建议并进入调度运行管理系统的相关流程进行处理，实现了调度倒闸操作流程与公司调度运行管理系统等的互联互通、紧密融合，优化了倒闸操作的实现方式，提高了流转效率。%The operation office of Electric Power Dispatching and Control Center of Shanxi Electric Power Corporation, in line with the operation process design requirements,has developed the dispatching and switching operation process and its standard operating procedure and taken the lead in using these models. This process realizes the mutually conditional blocking both in and out of the joints. According to the blocking results,it provides suggestions and proceeds to the related process within the dispatching operation management system. It not only realizes the smooth and close connection between the dispatching and switching operation process and the corporate dispatching operation management system,but also optimizes the switching operation and improves the transference efficiency.
