Disclosed is a disaster corresponding system which comprises: a server for storing a plurality of preset standard operation procedure (SOP) lists to match SOPs for each organization in accordance with a type of a disaster and a corresponding step of the disaster and identifying the SOP lists corresponding to input disaster information among the stored SOP lists when disaster information for the type of the disaster and the corresponding step of the disaster is input; and a terminal device. The server transmits information on the SOP matched to an organization corresponding to user information from the identified SOP lists to the terminal device on the basis of authentication performed through the user information input by the terminal device. The terminal device provides information on the SOP received from the server.
