斜巷防跑车控制系统的研制

摘要

斜巷运输是井下作业的重要环节，安装斜巷防跑车装置可以有效防止在运输过程中由于跑车、断绳等事故造成的人员伤亡和财产损失。斜巷防跑车装置主要由平巷阻车器、蓄能器、挡车栏及控制系统组成，控制系统根据传感器信号数据判断是否发生事故，完善的控制系统可以大大提高斜巷防跑车制动的准确性。%Transportation in inclined roadways is an important link of the underground work,installing the de-vice of preventing running vehicle in inclined roadway can prevent casualties and property losses effectively in the process of transportation due to run vehicle out the line,rope broke and etc.The device is mainly composed of kick -up block in drift,accumulator,arrester and control system.The control system according to the sensor signal data to judge whether it has an accident.The perfect control system can greatly improve the braking accuracy of preventing running vehicle in inclined roadway.
