再制造技术在煤矿装备上的应用

摘要

国内外再制造技术的发展使得再制造业成本降低，同时对节能节材、矿井设备的修复利用也有显著的经济效益和现实意义。结合我国再制造技术的发展现状，讨论了刮板输送机中部槽、耐磨无火花截齿、液压支架活塞杆等煤矿常用耐磨设备的再制造修复技术，提出具体的再制造修复技术方法，对煤矿设备的再制造修复利用具有一定的指导意义。%The advancement of remanufacturing technology both at home and abroad has not only enabled the lowered remanufacturing cost,but also has great economic and practical significance in energy saving,material sav-ing,repair and utilization of mining equipment.By combining the development of remanufacturing technology in Chi-na,will discussed the remanufacturing and repairing technologies in some commonly used coal mine equipment,such as scraper conveyor middle grooves,wear-resistant no-spark cutting bits and hydraulic piston rods,put forward the specific remanufacturing and repairing technical methods,which has particular guiding significance.
