突出煤层大采高工作面瓦斯综合防治技术

摘要

With the increase of production year by year in Dongqu coal mine, mines +860 m level on the basis of mining the original +973 m level.The reasonable gas extraction system is established.The integrated outburst pre-vention technology is adopted.Combines with gas control measures of high efficiency expansive agent forced caving, ensures the mining of outburst coal seam in the condition of safety and low gas.The phenomenon of gas accumulation even overrun in the upper corner of hard roof is avoided.%针对东曲矿随着产量逐年提升,在原+973 m水平开采的基础上,同时开采+860 m水平,+860 m水平8#煤层被鉴定为突出煤层的情况,建立了合理的瓦斯抽采系统,采用"四位一体"防突技术,结合高效膨胀剂强制放顶的瓦斯治理措施,确保了东曲矿突出煤层区域的回采在安全低瓦斯状态下进行,杜绝了坚硬顶板上隅角瓦斯积聚甚至超限等现象的发生.
