厚层泥岩底板变形破坏特征分析

     

摘要

With the increase of mining intensity,the better quality coal resources on shallow buried depth are gradually exhausted,so it has to turn to deep mining,even has to mining the coal which has poor geological conditions and general occurrence conditions.It will face the effects such as high pressure,mining and underground water,es-pecially the continued deformation of deep soft rock roadway heaving floor.The method of grouting floor is taken usu-ally in the governance of heaving floor,but due to floor strata is easier to broken,forming a hole under the floor is dif-ficult,which seriously restrict the safety and effective production of the coal mine.The west wing rail roadway of Shunhe coal mine is as the project background,analyzes the instability mechanism of hole wall on the mudstone floor downward -hole.It provides a reliable theoretical basis for thick mudstone floor damage on follow -up treatment.%随着开采强度的增加,浅部地质条件较好的煤炭资源逐渐枯竭,我国煤矿开采不得不转向深部,并加大了对工程地质条件较差,煤层赋存一般的煤炭资源开采。这样就面临高地压、采动及地下水的影响,特别是深部软岩巷道表现为持续的底鼓变形。在底鼓的治理中通常采取底板注浆的方法,然而由于底板岩层较破碎,底板下向钻孔成孔困难,严重制约着煤矿的安全高效生产。以顺和煤矿西翼轨道大巷为工程背景,分析了泥岩底板下向孔孔壁失稳机理,为后续治理厚层泥岩底板破坏提供可靠的理论依据。
