凹凸变坡的带式输送机研制

摘要

结合同煤集团采煤工作面延伸到了石炭系煤层，底板倾角情况复杂多变，多数成波浪形，凹凸变化大的实际情况，对同煤集团云冈矿、晋华宫矿实际应用中既有上运段，又有下运段，同时还有水平段复杂工况下的带式输送机进行选型设计。阐述了凹凸变坡的长距离、大运量带式输送机的设计要点和驱动方案，提出了变坡皮带机可能出现的5种典型工况及应注意的问题，为凹凸变坡皮带机的设计提供了依据。%Combined with the situation of the Datong coal group mining face extends to the Carboniferous coal seam,floor angle complex ,the majority of the wave shaped Concave -convex variable large,belt conveyor was de-signed under the actual complicated application for Datong group Yungang and Jinhuagong coal mine both Upward transportation period and downward transportation period,as well as horizontal section conditions,the existing trans-port section,describes the design key points and drive scheme in long distance,large capacity of concave and convex slope changing of belt conveyor,puts forward five kinds of typical working condition of variable slope belt machine may appear and the problems should be paid attention to,provides practical basis for design concave convex changes varia-ble slope belt.
