薄煤层回采巷道支护技术研究

     

摘要

Structural instability phenomenons such as fracture of top beam and deformation of shelve legs usually occurres when H-shape steel shelve supporting is applied on thin seam mining roadway in Jinyuanda coal company 31118 working face auxiliary lane.Therefore,the supporting way of shed and cable coupling is put forward,and FLAC numerical simulation soft is adopted to simulate.The simulation results show that the supporting way of shed and cable coupling can improve the state of surrounding rock stress,and the effect of controlling surrounding rock is remarkable.The industrial test results also show that shed and cable coupling supporting can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock,thus the effect of supporting roadway is satisfactory.%晋能煤运临汾公司金源达煤业31118工作面下副巷为薄煤层回采巷道,当采用工字钢棚对棚支护时,经常出现顶梁破断,棚腿扭曲这些典型的结构性失稳现象,因此,提出了棚索耦合支护方式,并采用FLAC数值模拟软件进行模拟。结果表明,棚索耦合支护能很好地改善围岩应力状态,围岩控制效果显著。工业化试验结果表明:棚索耦合支护能够有效地控制巷道围岩变形,巷道支护效果良好。
