在实验室条件下,通过对寺河地区煤层水中微生物古菌的高通量测序分析,发现水样中存在可以产气的产甲烷古菌,以水样作为研究对象,分别添加H2和CO2、乙酸钠、甲醇作为外源碳源,研究寺河地区煤层水中的产甲烷菌哪种途径产气效果最好.结果显示:沁水盆地煤层水中的产甲烷古菌通过3种代谢途径都可以产气,其中以甲基营养型产气最好,氢营养型次之,乙酸营养型产气效果较差.%Under the laboratory conditions, by the high-flux sequencing analysis of microbial archaea in coal seam water, it is found that there are methanogenic bacteria in the water sample, and the water samples are used as the research object, CO2, H, sodium acetate and methanol being the exogenous carbon sources, to seek for the best way for methane production in coal seam water.The results show that the methanogenic bacteria gas in coal seam water in Qinshui basin can be produced by all the three pathways, among which methyl is the best, the hydrogen good and the acetic acid nutrition poor.
