成庄矿选煤厂密度自动控制系统的研究与实现

摘要

In Coal Preparation Plant of Chengzhuang Mine, the manual control of its lump coal system caused big fluctuation of ash contents, large loss of fine coal, and increase of working intensity. Therefore, on the premise of the lump coal density in Chengzhuang%成庄矿选煤厂块煤系统采用人工控制，导致精煤灰分波动大，精煤损失也大，同时增加了工人的操作强度，为此在分析成庄块煤密度控制系统特殊性的前提下，采用模糊控制方法实现了自动分流进而实现了密度自动控制系统，该方案实施以来，为企业带来了良好的经济和社会效益。
