环保型聚氨酯防水复合材料的制备与性能研究

     

摘要

将高温煤沥青以粉状填料的形式加入聚氨酯固化体系中,合成了低成本、环境友好型双组分聚氨酯防水复合材料;研究并确定了影响复合材料力学性能、透水性及低温弯折等性能的各参数最优条件:油酸质量分数(2.0%)、—HMOCA摩尔分数(55.6%)、异氰酸酯基质量分数(4.5%~5.0%)、羟醚(N220、N330)摩尔比值(0.6)和扩链系数(0.9);通过紫外光(λ=365 nm)、可见光照射对比实验分析了复合材料的力学性能影响因素,并进行了机理探讨。结果表明,复合材料具有良好的力学性能、防水性能和低温柔韧性,紫外光照射对复合材料的改性有一定的积极作用。%In this paper, two-component waterproof polyurethane waterproof composite-was synthesized via adding coal pitch powder as filler to polyurethane curing reaction system. The influences of contents of oleie acid, MOCA and isocyano group, molar ratios of poly- ether polyols( N220, N330) and chain extension coefficients were researched on the mechanical properties (tensile strength, breaking e- longation rate and tearing strength), water permeability and cryo-flexibility of polyurethane waterproof composite. The modifications of mechanical properties of waterproof composite were investigated during UV irradiation with a mercury lamp (λ =365 nm) and visible light irradiation, respectively. The results showed that the optimum parameters were obtained as follow: the mass fraction of oleie acid mass of B component, the mass fractions of theoretical isooyano group of A component, the molar ratio of polyether polyols ( N220, N330), the molar raction of --HMOCA of B component ( or molar ratio of MOCA to N330) and chain extension coefficient were 2%, 4.5% - 5.0%,0. 6, 55.6% and 0.9, respectively. And ultraviolet-irradiation could enhance the mechanical properties of waterproof composite. Meanwhile, the composite possesses good waterproof property and low temperature flexibility.
