在防空洞上修建高层住宅地基基础的若干问题

摘要

By combining with the construction cases of the construction for the affordable housing in Chongqing, the paper has a comprehensive discussion on some technical problems of establishing foundation of high-rise buildings on air-raid shelter, and sums up a series of technical measures for the explosion of foundation pit, the construction of pile foundation, the intensification of the air-raid shelter and side slope governance. It is proved by the practice that a series of technical methods and measures are effective and feasible.%结合重庆某经济适用房的施工建设案例,对在防空洞上修建高层住宅地基基础的若干技术问题进行了较为全面的分析讨论,并在此基础上总结了基坑爆破、桩基施工、防空洞加固、边坡治理的一系列技术措施,实践证明一系列技术方法与措施行之有效,切实可行.
