谈建设工程监理安全责任风险与规避

阐述了当前建设工程安全监理工作所面临的责任风险,从监理自身原因和社会环境等五方面对其进行了分析探讨,并提出了规避建设工程安全监理责任的对策,对监理单位和监理工程师开展安全监理工作具有现实指导意义。%The paper illustrates the obligation risks of the safety supervision in the current construction engineering,analyzes reasons from the supervision self and social environment and other aspects,and points out the strategies for the evasion of the safety supervision obligation of the construction engineering,so as to have the directive significance for the supervision parties and supervision engineers to undertake the safety supervision.
