The paper introduces the development and craft procedures of the concrete box culvert jacking construction, sums up the common diseases in the jacking construction process, and points out respective prevention and maintenance measures, so as to provide the reference for the future engineering practice.%首先介绍了混凝土箱涵顶进施工的发展历程和工艺流程，接着归纳了顶进施工过程中常见的病害，并提出了相应的预防和补救措施，为以后工程实践提供借鉴。
