港口地理信息系统中的全景三维与动态演示

摘要

阐述了港口地理要素的组成，分析了港口GIS建设需求和关键技术，着重论述了在数字港口和数字水运建设中较有行业特色的港口全景三维与港区规划动态演示功能。%This paper elaborated the composition of port geographical elements, analysed the port GIS construction demand and key technology, emphatically elaborated the port panoramic three-dimensional and port area planning dynamic demonstration function had the industry characteristics in the digital port and digital waterway construction.
