This thesis expounds problems existing in current highway construction machinery and equipment management and countermeasures, and then introduces several engineering machinery maintenance methods, and finally explores and analyzes the emergent maintenance scheme in the field of engineering machinery and equipment, so as to fully play the role of machinery and equipment and to guarantee smooth construction.%首先阐述了目前公路施工机械设备管理存在的问题及应对措施，然后介绍了几种工程机械维修方式，最后对工程机械设备的现场应急维修方案作了探讨分析，以使得机械设备充分发挥作用，确保工程顺利进行。
