According to the examples for the consolidation and storey-addition reconstruction in brick-concrete structure, the paper introduces the reconstructing methods for the storey-addition and consolidation, analyzes the problems which are needed to be solved in the consolidation and storey-addition reconstruction, points out the requirements of the structural consolidation and storey-addition on the construction technology, and sums up the construction precautions, so as to ensure the coordination of the common work for the new and old structure.%通过砖混结构加固加层改造的实例，介绍了加固加层改造的方法，分析了在加固加层改造中需解决的问题，并提出结构加固加层对施工技术的要求，总结了施工注意事项，以保证新旧结构共同工作的协调性。
