Combining with the work practice, the paper sums up the role of the engineering supervision in the primary control program from six aspects, and points out the base of the supervision scopes can be extended and market competitiveness of enterprises enhanced with the role of the supervision in the engineering programs.%通过工作实践,从六方面入手列举了工程监理在主控项目中应起到的作用,指出只有重视监理在工程项目中起到的作用,才是拓展监理范围的基础,才能使企业有强大的市场竞争力。
