系统化提高城市排水能力的思考

摘要

According to the problem of frequent urban waterlogging,＇ the paper explores the factors restraining the urban drainage capacity, points out the systematic strategies to promote the urban drainage, undertakes the factual illustration, indicates the idea of the systematic construction of the ecological city should be established and the systematic urban drainage scheme should be made, and the regular construction and effective management should be enhanced.%针对城市内涝频发的问题，对制约城市排水能力因素进行了探讨，而后提出了采用系统化思路综合提高城市排水能力的对策，并作了具体阐述，即首先应建立系统化建设生态城市的理念，其次是制定系统化城市排水方案，最后是加强规范化施工和高效的管理。
