The paper adopts three-dimension rock analysis software,MIDAS/GTS,to have the modeling analysis,simulates the construction circumstances of the site of Columbus Square from the starting of the construction to common use,and the shield implementation of future rail traffic sections,undertakes the static non-linear whole-process analysis,and proves by the calculation result that the influence of the common construction of Columbus Square on the No.3 line section is within the safety controllable scope.%采用三维岩土分析软件MIDAS/GTS进行建模分析,真实模拟了哥伦布广场地块从开工建设到投入正常使用,以及将来轨道交通区间的盾构实施等工况,进行了静力非线性全过程分析,计算结果表明,哥伦布广场地块的正常建设对规划轨道交通3号线区间的影响在安全可控范围内。
