Taking old Shanxi Xia-Fen highway transformation construction as an example, the paper describes the asphalt layer milling monitoring points and original cement-concrete pavement disease treatment methods, and summarizes cement concrete board altering monitoring points and grouting control points, with a view to accumulate relevant experience and to guide engineering practice.%以山西夏汾高速公路旧路改造施工为例，就原沥青面层铣刨处理监控要点、原水泥混凝土路面病害处理方法进行了阐述，并归纳分析了更换水泥混凝土面板施工监理要点及压浆施工控制要点，以积累相关经验，指导工程实践。
