十二五拐点期城市空间发展与重构

摘要

According to the analysis of the core problems,including the monotonous space development axial,the disperse space allocation,the solidification of the growth boundary and the inharmonious situation for the urban traffic system,in the space development in Yantai under the background of the transformation,the paper points out the strategies for the urban space integration and reconstruction in Yantai and its guarantee measures by the space reconstruction,and the optimization and direction for the construction,constructs the urban space structure with ＂one heart and three poles＂,and realizes the space integration and the location transformation.%通过分析转型背景下烟台空间发展存在的核心问题,包括空间发展轴线的单一、空间布局离散、增长边界固化、城市交通体系不协调等,提出烟台城市空间整合与重构的策略及实施保障,即通过空间重构、建设优化与引导等手段,建设＂一心三极＂的城市空间结构,实现空间整合与定位转型。
