P3软件在工程项目管理中的应用实践

摘要

According to the function of P3 software made simply introduction,taking specific project for example,this paper elaborated the application practice of P3 software in project management,including the establishment of engineering group,the establishment project organizational breakdown structure,the implementation of responsibilities division,established the implementation and adjustment and other contents of objective plan and scheduled plan,concluded that the application practice of P3 software.%针对P3软件的功能进行了简要介绍,以具体工程为例,阐述了P3软件在工程项目管理中的应用实践,包括建立工程组,确立工程项目组织分解结构,落实责任分工、建立目标计划、进度计划的实施及调整等内容,总结得出了P3软件应用经验。
