BOT项目管理模式下的变更索赔工作体会

摘要

结合自身工作经历,探讨了如何搞好BOT项目管理模式下的索赔工作,分别介绍了BOT项目管理模式下的合同条件和索赔证据的要求及内容,并举例论述了可能引起索赔的各种情况,提出了处理索赔的工作重点,以期指导实践。%Combining with self working experience,this paper explores how to operate claims under BOT project management mode,respectively introduces contract terms and requirements and content of claim evidence under BOT project management mode,and discusses various conditions possibly causing claim,and finally proposes claim treatment points,so as to guide practice.
