城市低收入流动人口住宅适应性设计

摘要

通过分析城市低收入流动人口年龄组成、家庭构成及生活方式等因素及相应的居住需求,从套型内和套型间两方面探讨了低收入流动人口住宅适应性的设计策略,对以后流动人口住宅的建设和发展具有一定指导作用。%Through the analysis on the age structure,family structure,lifestyle and other factors of city low income floating population and the corresponding resident demand,this paper discussed the design strategy of residence adaptable of low income floating population from dwelling size inside and dwelling size room,had a certain guiding role for the construction and development of residence of floating population.
