针对我国目前建筑施工企业项目现场管理现状,结合施工现场管理实践经验,以工程施工现场项目安全控制、质量控制、工期控制、投资成本控制四大要素为阐述点,提出了一些较具体的看法或建议,借此向我国施工项目现场管理改革提供意见,也供施工项目管理者在具体工程中加以灵活运用。%According to the management status of the field management of the current architectural enterprises' programs,the paper combining with the practical experience for the field management,illustrates the four points of the field program of the projects,that is,the safety control,the quality control,the control of the construction period,and the investment and cost control,and points out some factual suggestions and advice,so as to provide some suggestions for the field management reform of the construction programs in China and to enhance the flexible adoption in factual projects by managers of the engineering programs.
