指出工程造价控制在工程建设管理中占有重要地位，工程造价的控制水平直接影响着建筑企业的经济效益，就当前建筑工程造价控制中存在的问题进行了分析，重点探讨了工程造价控制的完善措施，以期为建筑企业造价控制工作提供有益参考。%The paper points out the important role of the engineering cost in the engineering construction management and the controlling stand-ards for the engineering cost has the direct influence on the enterprises’ economic benefits, analyzes the problems in the architectural engineering cost, and mainly explores the improvement measures for the engineering cost control, so as to provide some beneficial reference for the architec-tural enterprises’ cost control.
