This paper introduced the organization situation of safe production management in construction site,discussed the role of supervision work in safety production management,and cleared supervision responsibility of construction safety supervision,put forward the supervision meth-od for do well safety production management work,in order to effectively prevent the occurrence of all kinds of safety accidents.%阐述了施工现场安全生产管理的组织情况，探讨了监理工作在安全生产管理中的作用，并明确了建设工程安全生产的监理责任，提出了做好安全生产管理工作的监理方法，以有效预防各类安全事故的发生。
