This paper introduced the definition of site construction organization,discussed the optimization key points of site construction organi-zation design from personnel optimization,scheme optimization,scheduling planning optimization,management technology optimization and other aspects,in order to meet the new requirements of new construction organization design to scientific guidance of construction activities,improve production efficiency,reduce resource consumption,ensure project quality and safety.%介绍了现场施工组织的定义，从人员优化、方案优化、进度计划优化、管理技术优化等方面综合论述了现场施工组织设计优化的要点，以满足新型施工组织设计科学指导施工活动、提高生产效率、降低资源能耗，保证工程质量与安全的新要求。
