阐述了建设工程项目合同的基本概念、特征和作用，深入分析了当前建设工程合同管理中出现的问题，并提出相应的对策，旨在提高工程项目管理效率，增加工程建设领域的经济效益和社会效益。%This paper describes the basic concepts,features and functions of construction project contracts,note the problems of the current con-struction contract management and propose appropriate measures aimed to improve the efficiency of project management and increase the economic and social benefits in the construction field.
