当代社区未来养老模式的可能性探究

摘要

分析了中国的老年化趋势，结合国内外相关案例，对当代社区的养老模式进行了研究，探索出了中国人理想的养老模式---多代居养老模式，并对多代居社区、组团、楼栋、户型四种发展模式作了阐述，为解决养老问题提供参考。%The paper analyzes the aging tendency in China,researches the supporting models for the aged in current communities by combining with relative cases at home and abroad,explores the ideal supporting model for Chinese,the multiple generations supporting model for the aged, and illustrates the community,groups,buildings and house types of the multiple generations,provide some reference for solutions to the aged issue.
