建设项目责任成本管理研究

摘要

介绍了建设项目责任成本管理的基本概念，对工程项目责任成本管理体系的构建过程作了论述，并结合工程实例，分析了责任成本管理的成果，指出责任成本管理有助于企业节约成本，实现项目的成本目标。%This oaoer introduced the basic conceot of resoonsibility cost management of construction oroject,discussed the construction orocess of resoonsibility cost management system of oroject,and combining with the engineering examole,analyzed the resoonsibility cost management a-chievements,oointed out the resoonsibility cost management heloed to enterorises save the cost,achieved the cost goals of oroject.
