Through the analysis on tunnel monitoring measurement and soil test,this oaoer summarized the selection method of tunnel surround-ing rock classification and orimary suooort oarameter,discussed the construction method of silty clay section under many factors effects,and out forward some suggestions,in order to ensure the safety of tunnel construction.%通过对隧道监控量测和土工试验分析，总结了隧道围岩分级和主要支护参数的选取方法，论述了粉质粘土段多因素作用下的施工方法，并提出了一些有针对性的建议，以确保隧道的安全施工。
