论城市既有工业建筑改造设计与评价

摘要

This paper discussed the status quo and characteristics of industrial buildings in the city under the accelerated urbanization of the his-torical background. Analysis both of existing industrial buildings in three aspects:economy,society and environment,on the basis of transforma-tion needs,put forward modification and design method of existing industrial buildings. Discusses the evaluation method of the retrofit existing in-dustrial buildings and the development direction in the future.%在城市化加速的历史背景下，对城市中既有工业建筑的现状和特点进行了探讨，在分析既有工业建筑在经济、社会、环境三方面的改造需求的基础上，提出了既有工业建筑的改造设计方法，并简要论述了既有工业建筑改造的评价方法以及今后的发展方向。
