谈建筑施工工程项目管理

摘要

结合建筑工程管理工作的现状，从施工管理、安全管理、质量管理、造价管理四方面对建筑施工工程的项目管理方式进行了阐述，以期通过加强建筑工程管理，确保工程项目的顺利进行。%Combining with the management of the architectural projects, the paper illustrates the program management ways of the projects from the management over the construction, the safety, the quality, and the cost, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the engineering projects by enhancing the management in projects.
