According to the analysis of common problems in the toilets of houses, the paper introduces the design points for the toilet layout in houses, points out the component measures for the waterproof, the ventilation, the sound insulation and anti-skidding of the toilet, and points out the reasonable and scientific design can utilize the space effectively and promote the washing efficiency of users, reduce the time loss.%通过对住宅建筑卫生间常见问题的分析，介绍了住宅建筑卫生间的布局设计要点，并提出了卫生间的防水、通风、隔音及防滑等构造措施，指出合理科学的卫生间设计可以有效利用空间，提升使用者的洗漱效率，减少时间的损失。
