谈高层建筑基础后浇带施工技术

摘要

The paper describes post-casting belt concept and setting principles, and discusses five post-casting belt construction procedures in-cluding advanced waterproofing structure, steel reinforcement measures, template erection, and protective measures during preparation period and concrete casting. Practice proves that: applying the technology solves uneven subsidence of super-long and irregular building foundation and ensures the foundation engineering construction quality.%阐述了后浇带的概念及设置原则，并结合工程项目，对后浇带施工中的超前止水构造、钢筋加强措施、模板支设、预留期间保护措施、混凝土浇筑五个重点工序进行了论述，实践证明：采用该技术解决了超长、不规则建筑物基础的不均匀沉降问题，确保了基础工程的施工质量。
