针对《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》中关于侧向刚度比的规定较多，概念各不相同，难以理解的问题作了分析，归纳总结了规程中混淆的概念，并进行了详细解读，以便于实际工程的计算设计。%The paper analyzes various lateral rigidity ratio regulations, different concepts and hard understanding in High-rise Building Concrete Structure Technology Regulations, summarizes some concepts and makes specific interpretation, with a view to be some help for actual engineer-ing calculation design.
