公路箱梁预制标准化施工工艺应用

摘要

依据阳左高速 ZB3标2号预制场的建设要求和场区硬化标准，介绍了场区排水设置方法，并对钢筋绑扎模架和芯模应用标准化施工工艺进行了详细阐述，总结了应用预应力智能张拉、压浆系统标准化施工要点，以供参考。%Based on the construction requirements and field hardening standard of Yang-Zuo highway No. 2 prefabricated field, this paper intro-duced the field area drainage setting method, and elaborated in detail the standardization construction technology of steel bar colligation mold and core application, summed up the application of pre-stressed intelligent tensioning, grouting system standardization construction advices, for refer-ence.
