谈沥青拌和站燃油节能技术应用

摘要

以节能减排为宗旨，就沥青拌和站的燃油节能问题作了探讨，提出了将传统高压燃烧器改为低压油气压雾化燃烧器的节能方式，详细阐述了低压油气压雾化燃烧器的施工工艺及操作要点，并通过工程实例分析了其经济效益，指出改进沥青拌和站燃烧器的方式，降低了成本、提高了燃油利用率、减少了环境污染。%Taking the energy saving and emission reduction as the purpose,the paper explores the fuel oil energy saving problems of asphalt mix-ing station,puts forward the energy saving method by replacing traditional high pressure burner with low pressure gas-oil atomizing burner,em-phatically describes its construction craft and operation points,and analyzes its economic benefits with engineering examples. In the end,it points out its advantages,such as reducing cost,improving fuel oil utilization efficiency,and reducing environment pollution.
