ISO9001：2008质量管理体系在公路项目监理中的应用

摘要

阐述了 ISO9001：2008质量管理体系的概念及意义，结合 ISO9001体系要求，从领导作用、过程控制、系统的管理方法、基于事实的决策方法等方面，介绍了该体系的八项质量管理原则以及具体应用方法，从而有效提高 ISO9001：2008质量管理体系在工程项目监理中的作用。%The paper describes the concept and meaning of ISO9001:2008 quality management system. Combining with ISO9001 quality manage-ment system demands,starting from aspects of manager’s role,process control and systematical management methods and decision-making meth-ods with facts-orientation,it introduces 8 quality management principles and specific application methods,so as to improve the role of ISO9001:2008 quality management system in engineering project management.
