基于交易效率视角的城市经济发展差异因素分析

摘要

从“交易效率”这一视角出发，通过比较城市内部交易效率的差异，进而探求了城市经济增长的动力来源，推断城市经济发展步调及发展程度不同的原因是交易效率的差异，通过因子分析法选取几个交易效率的最佳替代指标，对西安、上海经济发展的影响指标作了实证分析，并分析了实证结果，据此提出了以提高城市交易效率为落脚点的行之有效的发展举措。%From the“transaction efficiency”this perspective,by comparing differences in transaction efficiency within the city,and further ex-plore the power source of the city’s economic growth to concluding that differences in transaction efficiency led to sync and differences in urban economic development. Select several of the most representative indicator of transaction efficiency by factor analysis,and make empirical analysis of impact index of the economic development about Xi’an,Shanghai,and make reasonable analysis of the empirical results. Finally,the pro-posed transaction as practicable in order to improve the efficiency of urban development measures for the purpose on this basis.
