The paper illustrates the development status of BOQ,analyzes its application in civil engineering from aspects of tender and bidding, contract management and engineering settlement,and puts forward corresponding improving strategies in light of engineering problems.%简述了工程量清单计价的发展现状，并从招投标、合同管理与工程结算方面分析了工程量清单计价在土建工程中的应用，针对其在工程应用中存在的问题，提出了相应的改进策略。
