论文物建筑的保护及利用

摘要

从文物建筑保护立法、文物保护所需经费、公民文物保护意识等方面探讨了我国文物建筑保护的现状，并依据文物保护应坚持的基本原则，提出了明确相关责任人责任、对文物用途做出明确规定等策略，以更好地保护与利用文物建筑。%This paper discussed the present situation of our heritage building protection from the heritage building protection legislation,heritage protection cost,the heritage protection consciousness of citizens and other aspects,and according to the basic principles should be adhered in her-itage protection,put forward specific related person responsibility,made specific provision to heritage use and other strategies,in order to better protect and utilization of heritage building.
