谈工程施工成本控制方法

The necessity and importance of the construction cost control is analyzed. It is considered that it is not only helpful to the realization of the direct benefit of the enterprise construction project,but also the improvement of the management system and the improvement of the public image. Then,how to implement the construction cost control from the tender,construction preparation,construction process and acceptance summary and so on,hope for the construction management practice has positive significance.%对工程施工成本控制的必要性和重要性进行了分析，认为它不仅有助于企业施工项目的直接利益的实现，而且对管理者制度的完善、公众形象的改善十分重要，从投标、施工准备、施工过程以及事后验收总结等方面就如何实施工程施工成本控制进行了讨论，对工程施工管理实践有积极意义。
